Thai associates: The renowned business law and tax office is continuously looking for motivated, energetic and entrepreneurial lawyers with strong academic records and diverse skill-set to join the firm’s legal practice – as a junior lawyer, mid-level associate lawyer, or even a consummate and polished professional. 

As a precondition to start working, a Thai junior lawyer needs to be familiar with a starter kit of legal know-how regarding Thailand’s corporate, investment and property legislation. The list of specific requirements is available on request.

#2. Chinese speaking lawyers in Thailand and China: The law firm is interested to employ or cooperate with Mandarin-speaking Thai lawyers or Chinese lawyers abroad to further develop the firm’s Chinese-focused legal practice.

The Chinese impact on Thailand’s investments, legislation, and economic prosperity can hardly be overestimated. The law firm welcomes any form of cooperation to participate in these developments.

#3. Foreign qualified lawyers: Foreign qualified lawyers and other professionals, interested in working with the law firm in Bangkok, should have a detailed and feasible business plan how to successfully develop their (legal) practice under the PUGNATORIUS brand, letterhead, and infrastructure. Lateral entrants are highly welcome.

#0. No interns: It is the law firms strict policy, not to employ short-term interns, trainees, and law clerks. Applications to spend part of the legal traineeship (“Referendarstation”) with the law firm, are rejected. No exception made.

#4. Other professionals: As cooperation partner of the Consulting House, the firm welcomes applications for accounting, audit, and business consulting services. A world of opportunities to support and assist investment projects on a bigger scale.
