Dr. Ulrich Eder is the President and owner of PUGNATORIUS S.A.
Until 2021, Dr. Ulrich Eder worked as a German attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and tax advisor (Steuerberater) with Big Four accounting and auditing companies KPMG and PwC, BigLaw practices Orrick and Rödl & Partner, and his own tax consulting and law firms in Germany and Thailand, DUE FINANCE Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH and PUGNATORIUS Ltd.
Since 2009, he is the President of PUGNATORIUS S.A. in Panama. He is a book author, frequent speaker at international conferences and has contributed to a number of publications on specialized topics in the field of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and offshore structures. He is considered an industry authority in Bitcoin offshoring and other types of modern digital asset protection strategies.

Dr. Ulrich Eder war bis 2021 als Rechtsanwalt und Steuerberater bei den Big Four Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften KPMG und PwC, den BigLaw-Kanzleien Orrick und Rödl & Partner sowie in seinen eigenen Steuerberatungs- und Rechtsanwaltskanzleien in Deutschland und Thailand tätig, der DUE FINANCE Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH und der PUGNATORIUS Ltd. Er hat die Berufslizenzen in 2021 zurückgegeben.
Seit 2009 ist er der Präsident von PUGNATORIUS S.A. in Panama. Er ist Buchautor, häufiger Redner auf internationalen Konferenzen und hat an einer Reihe von Publikationen zu speziellen Themen im Bereich digitaler Vermögenswerte, Kryptowährungen und Offshore-Strukturen mitgewirkt.
